Zac Bowden have news about Windows 10 build 18956 and go into detail regarding the expanded partnership between Samsung and Microsoft — thanks in large part to the new Galaxy Note 10. Samsung has also unveiled the Snapdragon 8cx-equipped Galaxy Book S.
